Ana González Ferrán
Leader, mentor, coach, teacher, and mother.
She became involved in the world of Coaching in 2000.

The opportunity of living and visiting other countries has also given her the ability to adapt to different situations, environments and cultures.
She now teaches “Coaching to Improve Academic Performance” as part of the Degree curriculums at the Design College and also trains the teachers to improve their skills so that they can become influencers in their classrooms.

In 2011 she co-founded “Marna” providing coaching and training services for Leadership, Education and Communication.
One of her hobbies is Public Speaking and she has been a member of Alicante Speakers Club since 2013.

The goal of our conversation on January ___ is to first define, then work to fully understand the concept of mentorship. Then commit to the existential necessity of acquiring the right mentor for you.
